National Gift Card Corp. Adds Senior Vice President of Operations

National Gift Card Corp. (NGC), Crystal Lake, Ill., added Bill St. Clair to the role of senior vice president of operations. In his new position, St. Clair will be responsible for leading the company's third-party and gift-card fulfillment, including oversight of staffing development, operational and strategic planning, short- and long-range budget planning, and system processes.

A 25-year veteran of incentive fulfillment, St. Clair most recently handled merchandise rewards and was responsible for establishing the gift-card fulfillment process at Maritz. Prior to Maritz, he was with Westinghouse Electric in St. Louis.

A longtime Missouri resident and winner of several awards for service and leadership, mostly in gift-card fulfillment, St. Clair also worked toward his bachelor’s degree in business at East Central Collage.
