Edgerton, Minnesota-based Fey Industries announced it selected 30-year consumer packaged goods and direct sales veteran Michael B. Ziebell as president and CEO.
“We are very fortunate to have Michael join our company,” said Michelle Fey Mitchell, vice president of marketing. “He brings great leadership, excitement and strong company and family values to this position.”
“Michael is just what the company needs to continue to grow and move forward,” added Mike Fey, vice president of sales. “He has great sales and marketing insight that will truly focus the company.”
Ziebell is a 22-year veteran of The Schwan Food Company where he rose from entry-level marketer to executive vice president and general manager of the flagship home service division and eventually to chief marketing officer of the corporation. Most recently he was an instructor of marketing at St. Cloud State University.
“It is an exciting opportunity for me to join Fey Industries. For my entire business career I sat on the other side of the promotional desk buying the advertising and premium products,” said Ziebell. “Fey has an extraordinary 43-year history in the promotional products industry and a great reputation for quality service and useful, durable and functional vinyl products that serve the varied customers of our many distributor partners,” added Ziebell. “It will be an exciting challenge to build on that history, reputation and famed product line.”
Fey Line Hires Key Accounts Manager
Fey Line announced the addition of Michelle Temple as key accounts manager. “We are extremely excited about Michelle’s arrival and believe she brings a wonderful energy, drive and years experience in sales,” stated Mike Fey, MAS, vice president of sales.
Temple’s primary duties will be developing revenues and the relationships with key accounts through sales calls, presentations and programs. “Michelle is a great idea person. Her addition to the Fey Line team enhances our ability to work with our customers in a more collaborative way. Michelle’s proactive approach fits well with our efforts to grow the family business,” Fey explained.
