What better setting to cultivate business relationships than under the California sun? At Promo Marketing’s Power Meeting event in Newport Beach, Calif., industry suppliers and distributors got the chance to meet one another face-to-face in beautiful SoCal, and the result was another successful event for all involved.
Forty-seven qualified distributors and 45 suppliers attended the event, which took place Aug. 31 to Sept. 3 at the Island Hotel in Newport Beach, and the response from attendees has been exceptional.
“I can’t even put into words how amazing attending the Power Meeting last week was to me,” said Julie Steffeny, account executive for Lake Prairie Marketing, Pella, Iowa. “I am so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this event. Following the event, 100 percent of Newport Beach Power Meeting distributors and suppliers said they would attend another Power Meeting, 100 percent of distributors sent information they received during the Power Meeting to their clients, and 100 percent of suppliers said they expect to receive new business from relationships built at the Newport Beach Power Meeting.
