Our Fave 5 Promotional Products of the Week: Pet Rescue, Canceled Concert Tees and More
Happy May, everyone! The weather is starting to warm up a little bit, the sun is out longer, and there’s baseball on TV (albeit broadcast at 3 a.m. from Korea). It sure feels a lot like spring in Philadelphia!
To celebrate the springtime, we’ve been spending a lot of time inside looking for fun promotional products and branded merchandise all over the internet. Join us, won’t you?
1. Pibble and Chi Apparel
For a limited time, the clothing brand Pibble and Chi is donating 25 percent of each purchase to local animal rescues, including Trenton Animals Rock; SAVE, A Friend to Homeless Animals; and ItsARuffLifeRescue. Men's and women's options are available in tees and hoodies, like one that says “Foster Adopt Rescue Advocate.” All apparel items can be found at the brand's online store.
2. NFL's Stronger Together Apparel Collection
— Official NFL Shop (@OfficialNFLShop) April 29, 2020
Shipping no later than May 15, 'Stronger Together' T-shirts and hoodies will find the NFL and Fanatics assisting the United Way's COVID-19 Community Response and Recovery Fund. Selling for $19.99 and $49.99, they could serve as not only an apparent way to help others, but also as a way to build team pride as we march (at least we hope) toward the start of the 2020 season.
3. Union Transfer ‘Tour’ T-shirts
We really miss going to concerts. Our favorite local venues no doubt miss hosting them, too. Union Transfer, which is right down the street from PM HQ here in Philly, released this pretty funny T-shirt making light of the canceled shows from the past month or so. Proceeds will help pay staff and expenses, and keep the venue's lights on.
4. USC 'We Fight as One' T-shirts
University of Southern California created T-shirts that were originally for members of the USC football team, which then turned into something more. For each ‘We Fight as One’ T-shirt sold through USC Bookstores, one tee will go to health workers at Keck Medicine, USC's medical school. T-shirts are available online for $21.95.
5. PhilaMOCA Vans
Another one of our local music venues, PhilaMOCA, has been working hard to make a comeback when all of this is said and done. These Vans slip-ons might look spooky, but we look at them as celebratory.
