Outfit of the Week: April Showers

It’s only the sixth day of April and already the month has lived up to its half of the proverb: “April showers bring May flowers.”

Raincoats and umbrellas have been staples for us in the Northeast this past week. There still are plenty of (presumably rainy) days left in the month—not to mention the impending deluge of summer rain just a few months away—so why not brainstorm ways you can help your end-users stay dry in the midst of rainstorms?

That’s where our inspiration for this week’s #OOTW (Outfit of the Week) came from.

Just because it’s dreary outside doesn’t mean we have to dress the same way. In this spring-shower-ready look, Petite Style Studio incorporates a much-needed pop of color for overcast days. Add in the sunglasses for when the rain leaves and the sun shines through, a bubble umbrella to add a little extra structure and style, and a bag (that we admittedly swapped out for a cross-body style so end-users can keep their hands free for umbrella holding), and you’ve got a go-to option that will brighten any day.
