Proforma, Cleveland, has announced Pamela Crouser, co-founder of CPrint International, as its new business development advisor. Crouser’s primary focus will be recruiting print shop owners and sales representatives who are looking for new growth opportunities.
"Pamela is one of the most respected experts in the commercial printing space and we are thrilled to have her on our team,” said Greg Muzzillo, founder of Proforma. “She helped build an extremely successful print consultancy business and has established many invaluable relationships with key players in the industry. We are excited to bring her wealth of knowledge and expertise in the print market to Proforma."
Crouser has more than 25 years of experience in the print industry, beginning as a sales manager with the Jim King Companies in Jacksonville, Fla. for eight years. She then became the vice president of CPrint International, a program of Crouser & Associates Inc., a professional business consulting organization that has allowed her to work with family-based companies throughout the U.S., Canada and Australia. In 2008, Crouser was recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine for her expertise.
"My goal is to help business owners and sales reps prosper in this industry and I believe the Proforma business model provides an excellent blueprint for success," said Crouser. "Print shop owners and sales reps can dynamically grow their businesses with the Proforma model, while adding products and value to their customers and prospects. Proforma is the best distributor model I have seen, and it offers the best future for most printers and print sales reps.
"With the drastic evolution of the print industry over the past several years, now is the time for print shop owners and sales reps to start strategically positioning themselves as complete marketing solutions providers to ensure they remain successful,” Crouser added. “Proforma understands printers and makes it easy for them to expand their offerings. I’m looking forward to presenting this opportunity to print professionals who are ready to start growing their business."
