Polyconcept North America Announces Changes to Sales Management
Pittsburgh-based Polyconcept North America announced that Craig Morantz, after seven years as vice president of sales, will be retiring from the promotional products industry to pursue new personal and business interests. Morantz joined the Leed's team when it acquired his company Aware Marketing Group, a Canadian supplier that went to market under the Icon brand name. His contributions to the sales organization have been integral in the growth and success at PCNA. He will remain with the organization until January 31, 2012, and will continue as a shareholder within Polyconcept.
"Craig has been a key member of the PCNA team since he joined us in 2004," said David Nicholson, president of Polyconcept North America. "He was instrumental in building our industry-leading sales team and driving several key initiatives that remain critical elements of our market strategy. Craig is a true innovator and entrepreneur, and his perspective will not be easily replaced within the PCNA organization. We certainly wish him all the best as he pursues his next venture."
With Morantz's retirement comes an opportunity to realign the PCNA sales organization, and further announced the promotion of David Grobisen to vice president of sales and Erin Harris to national sales manager for Canada.
David Grobisen joined Leed's in 2005 as national sales manager for the Western United States and was promoted to director of sales for Polyconcept North America in 2009. Throughout his tenure with PCNA, Grobisen has proven his strong leadership within the sales organization and has been an important advocate for the company's distributors. Many of his contributions have led to new services benefiting the customer base as well as each PCNA company. Grobisen will assume responsibility for the PCNA sales organization effective November 1, 2011 and will work closely with Morantz during the transition period.
