Polyconcept North America Expands Executive Team
Pittsburgh-based Polyconcept North America (PCNA) today announced the hire of Ron Neugold as senior vice president of sales and market development. This newly created role will be focused on managing the entire PCNA sales organization, as well as identifying and developing new market and customer opportunities. In this new role, Neugold will be working closely with PCNA's well-established field, inside and WorldSource sales teams. He will be highly involved in National Account activities, and will be instrumental in coordinating our overall sales efforts together with PCNA's marketing and business unit leaders.
Prior to joining the PCNA team, Neugold held a number of positions in both consumer and B2B companies. Most recently, Neugold served as vice president of FoodService/Dairy Direct for Dean Foods. Prior to that, he spent more than 10 years with PepsiCo in a variety of sales, general management and operational roles both in the U.S. and internationally.
