Irving, Texas-based Promotional Products Association International (PPAI), the not-for-profit association for more than 10,500 members of the $17.7 billion promotional products industry, has been selected from a field of 6,000 entries, as the winner of two 2012 Communicator Awards of Distinction for its work on the PPAI New Professional Development Certification Program integrated marketing campaign and PPAI New Industry Certification Program video. The 2012 Communicator Awards, presented by the International Academy of the Visual Arts, is the largest and most competitive awards program honoring the creative excellence of communications professionals for work that transcends innovation and craft—work that made a lasting impact.
The PPAI certification program is a promotional products industry professional development program targeted to promotional products consultants and is designed to align with each stage of a promotional products professional's evolving career. The PPAI New Professional Development Certification Program integrated marketing campaign and video introduced new professional designations to the promotional products industry.
The PPAI marketing and creative team responsible for the development and production of this award-winning campaign include Gretchen Demke, Neisha Freeman, Joel Zoch and David Augustini.
