PPAI Launched Action Alert on Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act

The Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) issued an action alert on a bill before the U.S. Senate that, as written, would effectively prohibit the distribution of promotional products to health care professionals.

The Physicians Payments Sunshine Act (formerly known as S.301) has been absorbed into Section 6002 of the Draft Senate Leadership health care reform bill—the "Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act."
