Precision Crystal Gifts and Awards, Bartlett, Tenn., announced that Amy Wooldridge has joined the team as a customer service representative.

Wooldridge has more than a decade of experience in the promotional products industry, and formerly worked at Crystal Images, City of Industry, Calif. She has deep experience in working with customers to meet their crystal awards needs, and was voted one of PPB’s Customer Service Super Heroes in 2018.
