Prime Line Announces New Customer Service Manager
Bridgeport, Connecticut-based Prime Line announced the promotion of Margie Acosta to customer service manager. Acosta has been with Prime Line for more than 10 years as the production control manager. She will continue to work with production control-related issues and will now oversee the order care department as well.
As customer service manager, Acosta will oversee Prime Line’s call monitoring and training program for customer care representatives. She will be designing and implementing new processes and procedures company-wide that aim to elevate customer satisfaction.
“Having been with Prime for almost 11 years, Margie has an excellent, in-depth knowledge of our processes and procedures--she knows how to get things done in an accurate and timely manner,” said Jeff Lederer, executive vice president. “She’s a master at finding solutions for our internal and external customers,” he added.
