In conjunction with Customer Service Week, which began Monday, October 7, Prime Line, Bridgeport, Conn., is celebrating its customer care team with daily fun-filled events including a pep rally, carnival-themed games and bingo with real prizes.
In his opening comments to the staff on Monday, Prime Line's president, Jeff Lederer, said, "Thank you for helping us build a great reputation with distributors. I'm proud of how you work tirelessly on behalf of our customers to deliver superior service, which is the backbone of our company."
