Proforma CNR Marketing Announces Acquisition, Executive Hire
Proforma CNR Marketing, Dayton, Ohio, recently acquired Proforma T&L Forms, another Dayton-based Proforma affiliate. The company also announced that Nicole Merkle has joined the company as its new vice president of sales and marketing.
“Through our recent acquisition and bringing Nicole on board, we are keeping more business in Dayton, and Proforma CNR Marketing is remaining a family business, both of which are priorities for our company,” said Ron Muzechuk, owner of Proforma CNR Marketing. "As we look to the future of our company, we are focused on maximizing our growth and continuing to thrive in this community. We are confident we have all the people and resources in place to succeed.”
Merkle, the daughter of Muzechuk, comes to Proforma with a degree from The Ohio State University and more than eight years of experience working in various sales and management positions.
“I’m excited to be a part of the business that my family has been so dedicated to for the past 18 years,” Merkle said. “To keep Proforma CNR Marketing a local, family-owned business is important to us and I’m looking forward to working with other Dayton business owners to not only help our business grow, but to provide them with marketing solutions that help them achieve their business goals.”
Merkle will be joining the company on the heels of an acquisition that is expected to boost sales by more than $100,000 annually. Proforma T&L Forms has been operating in Dayton since 1987 and will now run under Proforma CNR Marketing. Muzechuk and Merkle plan to expand the products and services available to Proforma T&L Forms clients to now include promotional items, multimedia services, branded apparel, mobile marketing, website design and more.
“Proforma T&L Forms has been a highly respected business in the community for nearly 30 years,” Muzechuk said. “We are looking forward to providing this new customer base with the same great customer service they’ve come to expect, with added products and services. Through this acquisition, all our clients will benefit from increased buying power, increased business development resources and a history of proven successful marketing strategies.”
