Promotions Expand Archway Management Team
Fulfillment leader Archway Marketing Services Inc., based in Rogers, Minn., has expanded its management team with the promotions of Megan Nelson to director of marketing and Rob Walters to director of operations of the Midwest Trade Division. The management team expansion reflects Archway’s commitment to meet and exceed client expectations from client service to operational excellence.
“Archway’s recent growth is directly attributed to our employees, each of whom is committed to delivering exceptional service and continual process refinements,” said Mike Moroz, president of Archway. “Since joining Archway, Megan and Rob have [made] a significant contribution to Archway’s success. With these promotions, they will be able to have an even greater impact on clients and the company’s strategic direction.”
In her new role, Nelson will become more involved in developing and executing Archway’s strategic direction by focusing on sales management. She will continue to maintain responsibility for management of the Archway brand, marketing department and agency partners.
Since joining the company in 2006 as marketing manager, Nelson has led company efforts to bring structure and consistency to Archway’s marketing and sales management groups. In 2007, under her direction, Archway underwent an exhaustive branding and positioning process, launched a comprehensive Web site and developed a new sales collateral system.
Nelson joined Archway with nearly a decade of marketing, communications and product development experience gained from her work at two Minneapolis-based companies: Conwed, a plastics manufacturer and Medica, a health insurance provider.
As the director of operations of the trade Midwest division, Rob Walters will lead continuous improvement and operational excellence for Archway. He will also direct all new client integrations for Archway’s Midwest trade division in addition to the managing the day-to-day operations of Archway’s Rogers, Minn., facilities.
Since joining Archway in 2005 as operations manager, Walters has implemented multiple process improvements that enabled the company’s explosive growth over the last 12 months. His diligent work and commitment to best practices and client service has aided in Archway’s recent success.
