Raining Rose Inc.'s Jon Hicks Named PPAChicago Volunteer of the Year

Jon Hicks was named the 2020 PPAChicago Volunteer of the Year.

Jon Hicks, midwest sales executive for Raining Rose Inc., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was named the 2020 Volunteer of the Year by the Promotional Professionals Association of Chicago (PPAChicago).

PPAChicago is a not-for-profit trade association made up of promotional product industry professionals and run by a volunteer board of directors. The 2020 Volunteer of the Year award was given to Hicks for his time spent volunteering to stuff more than 1,500 end-user show bags for the PPAChicago Showcase in March 2020.

“I feel honored to receive this award from an organization I’ve been a part of for two years,” Hicks said. “PPAChicago has helped me make countless connections in the promotional industry. My involvement with the association is one of the hallmarks of my career.”

Hicks’ award is an example of how Raining Rose Inc.’s team members truly live the company’s brand pillar of service, to create strong teamwork and support the success of distributors’ businesses.
