SAAC Announces Special Attractions and "Show Your Badge" Discounts During The SAAC Show
The Specialty Advertising Association of California (SAAC), the Southern California region's nonprofit association, has released a list of events and destinations that SAAC Show attendees can take advantage of while in Southern California. From Hollywood tours to jazz festivals to Disneyland, there are numerous nearby events and locations, several of which are offering special discounts to attendees.
The 2013 SAAC Show, held at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long Beach, Calif., is conveniently located near many of the state's most popular tourist destinations. A half-hour drive to Los Angeles and Anaheim, show attendees have easy access to family-friendly locations as Disneyland Universal Studios, and attendees who want to drive to San Diego can find SeaWorld and the San Diego Zoo. Closer to the convention, attendees can find the Aquarium of the Pacific, the historic Battleship Iowa and several popular beaches and restaurants.
On top of the tourist destinations, several Long Beach area restaurants are offering "Show Your Badge" specials to attendees. From free desserts to discounts on your entire meal, attendees can show their trade show badge for bonuses at many popular cafes and restaurants. This year SAAC now has a special badges available for family and friends of attendees so they too can take advantage of the special "Show your Badge" offer.
"I remember years ago when The SAAC Show was at the Town and Country Hotel in San Diego. So many suppliers and distributors brought their families along and everyone would sit by the pool after a long day working the show," said SAAC past president Patti Lawrence of HALO Branded Solutions. "We would have a few laughs and get to know each other on a more personal level before the big parties that evening."

About the 2013 SAAC Show
