Sanford Business to Business Parent Company Acquires Drinkware Brand

Newell Rubbermaid, the parent company of Oak Brook, Illinois-based Sanford Business to Business, announced that it has acquired bubba brands Inc., a drinkware maker headquartered in Atlanta. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The newly acquired company is expected to generate $50 million in net sales for 2014. Rubbermaid purchased drinkware brands Contigo and Avex earlier this year.
