Did Shaquille O'Neal's Apparel Company Misspell His Name on T-shirt?
It's hard for us to find any fault with the man who played one of our favorite '90s icons: Kazaam. But NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal can't seem to keep his apparel line in check, so we have to call him out.
A fan was checking out the SHAQ apparel line, and noticed that O'Neal's name was misspelled as "O'Neil".

The tag on the shirt features the official SHAQ logo, so it can be assumed the all-star has some ties to the company. We're still hoping it might be a really convincing counterfeit, because we find it hard to believe that a company whose chief job is to promote Shaquille O'Neal would not be able to do the one job of getting his name right.
If it is true, however, we can assume a branding manager is in big trouble. For those of you working in promotional apparel, you know the value of quality control and proofreading. Let Shaq's potential error serve as a reminder that you can never check your spelling and grammar enough times before a design goes final.
