Showdown Displays Parent Company Acquires Promic B.V. Display Systems

Sign-Zone LLC, the parent company of Showdown Displays and Jansen Display Group, announced that it has acquired Promic B.V. Display Systems, a designer and distributor of custom promotional displays. Headquartered in Nederweert, Netherlands, Promic provides mobile presentation systems and supporting hardware for products such as retractable banners, beach flags, floor displays and banner stands.

The acquisition of Promic enhances the Sign-Zone global footprint, and underscores its commitment to wholesale and reseller trade partners, while offering unmatched capabilities on a global basis.

The transaction closed on April 30, 2019. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
