SnugZ USA Adds Staff to Sales and HR Teams
Over the past several years, SnugZ USA, West Jordan, Utah, has experienced tremendous growth in employees, orders and product offerings. Several key positions were necessary to prepare for that future growth and strategic direction of the company. Key roles recently filled were:
Lazarte has more than 20 years of experience and is passionate about making a positive influence of people's lives. He brings a wealth of experience from diverse industries, such as medical, construction, manufacturing and technology. Now he is tasked with leading all of the human resources efforts and employee needs for SnugZ. He received his degree in human resources management at the University of Utah and his Professional Human Resources Certification in 2010. He is also SHRM-CP certified.
A Seattle native, Weissbach has a diverse background in sales, customer service, marketing and the arts, most notably ballet, to which she dedicates her free time instructing at her alma mater. Most recently, she was the director of client services, where her acquired skills from inside account support and outside sales blended together to best support customers and the internal team. Weissbach will be responsible for Washington, Oregon, Montana and Idaho.
A St. Louis native, with a BA in Strategic Communications from Maryville University, Katherine has over 20 years of experience working in marketing, sales and customer service in retail, radio broadcasting and promotional products industries. Katherine will be responsible for Kansas, Missouri, Iowa and Nebraska.
