Soundline Acquires Assets of Sound Promotions
"We have acquired assets from Sound Promotions, allowing distributors continuity with the products they may have sold from Sound Promotions in prior years," said Joel D. Schaffer, MAS, CEO of Soundline. "Soundline will be able to provide much of the core product, or similar product, but in the same graphic packaging as originally provided by Sound Promotions."
Schaffer said the Sound Promotions website will stay online for the remainder of the year, but be redirected to Soundline for inquiries and samples.
"With Sound Promotions closing their business, they felt it important to have their loyal clients serviced by another supplier and we are glad they agreed to work with us," Schaffer said. "The music business is changing. While CDs are still very popular, USBs and MP3 players are the newest delivery vehicles for music and we built that product group earlier, thus allowing us to change with the times."
