Starbucks Goes Extra Spooky for Halloween Merch Collection
Every spooky season, there are a number of things you just can’t get away with not doing: decorating a pumpkin, picking apples, indulging in at least one seasonal treat, enjoying a pumpkin spice latte, oh, and checking out Starbucks’ Halloween collection. You can never have enough Starbucks holiday-themed drinkware, right?
This season, Starbucks launched a few different Halloween drinkware options—like tumblers for cold drinks and regular mugs for warmer beverages—and if you’ve been keeping up with our previous Starbucks merch coverage, you’ll know just how hard it is to find these items in-store. Here are a couple of highlights from the collection:
The first drinkware item is this classic Halloween tumbler, with skeletons, cats and pumpkins, among other designs. It also glows in the dark. C’mon, what could be spookier than that? Based on this Instagram post from user @targetovereverything, it comes in both a smaller and larger version with a lid and straw. (Swipe below to see the cups glow.)
Reusable Hot Cups
Next up we have the reusable hot cups. Every year, Starbucks changes up the designs for these cups, and this year's do not disappoint. The cups are simple, yet still eye-catching. The package comes with six cups, each in a different color and with different phrases, including “freshly brewed,” “goblin juice,” “hot off the cauldron,” “witch’s brew,” “siren potion” and “dark roast.” According to PopSugar, the lids are also glow-in-the-dark.
While most Starbucks drinkware items are hard to find in-store, this next one will be even harder, especially if you don’t live in Singapore. The Starbucks Singapore Halloween collection features a water bottle with a black cat (including the glowing eyes), pumpkins and a Starbucks cup on it. But the best part is that the lid has cat ears.
Aside from this “Pumpki-tten” 15 oz. water bottle, the collection also features hot mugs, other water bottles with ghosts, tumblers, a plush toy, Halloween-themed gift cards and a candy jar.
As we mentioned before, it’s probably not too late for fans to grab some last-minute Halloween Starbucks drinkware items. But just in case, it’s best to get them ASAP.
