Stincor Specialties Ltd. and Van-Smith Enterprises Ltd. Announce Merger

Iain Walker, president, Stincor Specialties Ltd. and Clive Van Wert, president, Van-Smith Enterprises Ltd. announced the merger of the two companies into a new corporation–Stincor Van-Smith Marketing., a promotional products and loyalty marketing organization to be based in Toronto.

Stincor Specialties Ltd., founded in 1981 and Van-Smith Enterprises Ltd., founded in 1975, are two of Canada’s top 100 promotional products distributors. The combination of these firms creates a new company with a sales volume approaching $9 million (Canadian) with 20 sales representatives in Toronto, southwest Ontario and Montreal.
