Promo Marketing: What led to your company’s success in 2015?
Kevin Lyons-Tarr: Our success was driven by the tremendous effort our team puts into taking good care of our customers to make sure we are offering the products and services they need. The whole team is extremely focused on making good things happen for all we come in contact with. We are also supported by a great group of supplier partners who work with us hand-in-hand to create great customer experiences and win-win relationships.
PM: What goals do you have for your business for 2016 and beyond?
KL: We will continue to try and grow the business by building a great team and focusing on continuous, incremental improvements in everything we do.
PM: Besides sales numbers, what makes your company a Top Distributor?
KL: Our people and our relationships with our supplier partners.
PM: How did you grow your company into what it is today?
KL: By focusing our energy on creating great value for our customers and finding (and keeping) great people to make that happen!
PM: What challenges do distributors face in the promotional products industry? How can they solve them?
KL: Our biggest challenges are also our biggest opportunities: continually changing and improving our customer offering, and finding better and more productive ways to work with our trusted supplier partners.
