Promo Marketing: What led to your company’s success in 2015?
Dave Thompson: 2015 was a record-setting year for many reasons, the biggest one being the relentless improvement in data modeling and applying these insights into our business model.
PM: What goals do you have for your business for 2016 and beyond?
DT: Our goals are a combination of global expansion and learning to fully capitalize as an omnichannel marketing company with the ability to leverage the strengths of each channel to give the customer the best experience possible. Our goal is to become the most efficient one-to-one marketing company in the world, serving small businesses with impactful, personalized experiences.
PM: Besides sales numbers, what makes your company a Top Distributor?
DT: Our core market is a unique niche of small businesses with fewer than 20 employees who typically are not targeted by other distributors due to the very small average order size.
