The Vernon Company Names Jim Heurung Supplier Account Manager of the Year
The Vernon Company, Newton, Iowa, has awarded its second annual “Supplier Account Manager of the Year" award to Jim Heurung, regional sales manager, Hit Promotional Products, Largo, Fla. Heurung was honored during The Vernon Company's annual national sales meeting held in Albuquerque, N.M.
The Vernon Company began honoring individual supplier sales representatives for outstanding service and dedication to The Vernon Company and its account executives in 2014. The company strives to recognize those people who continually go above and beyond expectations.
“This award recognizes a supplier representative who always gives just a little bit more than expected," said Vicki Palm, supplier relations manager for The Vernon Company. "No one does that better than Jim Heurung. Jim plays a key role in a very successful Vernon-Hit partnership. He takes care of any individual account executive need that comes his way. He is in contact daily (sometimes numerous times daily) with Vernon account executives, providing quotes and product ideas, and solving any issues that may arise. He makes Vernon a priority all day, every day.”
