Trend Report: Glistening Gold and Diamonds (Elle.com)

Sequins, diamonds, black mixed with gold, and fur coats (whether real or not) are just a few examples of luxury being a major trend for Spring 2010. It is ironic that such a trend can be embraced during a recession, however, perhaps the "lux" look is a metaphor for the riches we wished we had.
