Univenture, Inc. Acquisition Will Lead To Eco-Friendly Packaging

Univenture, Inc., a manufacturer of innovative specialty packaging, based in Marysville, Ohio, has acquired all of the membership interests of UniKeep LLC, also based in Marysville. The acquisition will facilitate growth of the company and its brands.
