Visstun, Digispec and CounterPoint Expand with New Customer Care Representative
Visstun, Digispec and CounterPoint, located in Las Vegas, recently hired Grace LeDonneRoy to fill the role of customer care representative. As part of her new position, she will offer support to her Visstun, Digispec and CounterPoint sales colleagues as well as work to enhance the customer-vendor experience. LeDonneRoy will also be available to customers in the case that their sales counselor or product specialist is absent to always ensure the greatest quality and service is offered.
"Grace has a great amount of experience in the customer service industry," said Elizabeth Bollinger, Visstun sales manager. "I know she will go far with our company."
LeDonneRoy has been in the customer service industry for 13 years -- with five years spent as an account service representative for a multimillion dollar corporation. There, she was responsible for order entry, claims and disputes, as well as creating cost analysis reports for her supervisors in addition to attending to customer relations.
