Wilcom International Announces Free Service Pack for EmbroideryStudio & DecoStudio e2 Customers
Wilcom International, Sydney, Australia, has released a service pack for all customers on the current version (e2) of DecoStudio e2 and EmbroideryStudio e2. This service pack provides better user experience and some new features to help with day-to-day business demands.
"We really appreciate customer feedback and we're pleased at the number of requests we've been able to respond to in this service pack," said Bill Wilson, Wilcom International's chief technical officer.
"When you invest in Wilcom software, you're not just getting a box of software but a partner committed to your success. Whether it's the ongoing development, innovation in technology or support and training, Wilcom is helping to build your business."
Some of the enhanced features include production worksheet, team names and graphic to embroidery conversion. Production worksheets can be customized for a professional customer approval document and have improved production instructions including barcodes. Improvements to the team names feature makes working with uniforms or sporting teams an even more streamlined process.
Wilcom also announced new features including direct connection to the CAMs rhinestone machine, the ability to save a CorelDRAW native file (.CDR) from the graphics mode and the option of converting objects drawn with the CorelDRAW B-Spline tool to embroidery. DecoStudio users now also have access to sequin digitizing and PhotoFlash for a small extra cost.
The service pack is available for free download from within the DecoStudio e2 and EmbroideryStudio e2 software. From the Help menu, customers simply click on Online Registration to download the Service Pack.
