On Wednesday, May 12, the Dale Carnegie Leadership Award was granted to World Emblem International, and presented to its president and CEO, Randy Carr. Presenting the award for Dale Carnegie Training was its southeast Florida president, Scott Garvis, who stated “We are delighted to recognize World Emblem for its ongoing commitment to the development of a corporate culture that fosters trust-based empowerment at all levels of the organization. We recognize the qualities that separate World Emblem as a truly great company: commitment to providing excellent service and quality products to their customers, dedication to their employees’ growth and understanding of the value of employees. It is for these reasons that we want to acknowledge and recognize World Emblem as a truly formidable organization.”
Dale Carnegie Training recognizes and honors the way Randy Carr and his team at World Emblem have been able to create a unified culture as they have continued to grow and advance their company around the world. When presented with the award, Randy Carr commented, “Dale Carnegie allowed us to go from a 10-person company to a 500-person company and learn how to change our management style throughout the process. They helped our sales side by pushing us towards a more professional and consulting approach, and on our service side, they allowed us to understand our customer service issues and be more proactive.”
