June 19, 2013

A new animated movie from Coca-Cola aims to "put a smile" on people's faces around the world by sending them a gift and asking them to get involved.

The "Wearable Smile" concept was developed by Ogilvy and created by Psyop, who were responsible for animating the film - which features a few interesting characters.

May 13, 2013

Entertainment and promotional marketing: A pairing that normally reminds us of being forced to eat Hulk-colored Taco Bell at gunpoint while Rihanna sings something about love and Go-Bots in the background will, on occasion, produce something worth looking at. Call it a miracle or call it people actually putting more than two-seconds effort into their jobs, but sometimes, entertainment marketing can produce some beautiful and engaging pieces.

The apparel company said Thursday that its growing facilities in Honduras can lure companies that are looking to repatriate their production to the Western Hemisphere following a building collapse in Bangladesh last month that killed more than 900.

"The last thing in the world they want is for their brands to be compromised or tainted by sourcing from suppliers that don't have proper working conditions," chief administrative and financial officer Laurence Sellyn said in an interview.
