Columbia Sportswear Suing Lululemon in Trademark Dispute
February 25, 2015

Columbia Sportswear is accusing Lululemon Athletica of infringing on the trademark of Columbia activewear subsidiary Prana Living. Lululemon has continued to offer products with the Prana name on a Lululemon-affiliated website after receiving letters from Prana's lawyer warning to not do so, the lawsuit says. A Lululemon spokeswoman declined to comment, citing company policy to not comment on pending litigation.
