During the week of August 11, ADG Promotional Products, parent company of Saratoga Pens/Windmill Planners and AdImages Drinkware/Arlington Keepsakes, suffered temporary, intermittent phone shutdowns due to damage to phone lines in the New York area traced to the Verizon employees' strike.
