Broder Bros. Co., the nation's largest distributor of imprintable apparel headquartered in Trevose, Pa., announced that Dan Pantano has joined the company as company president, a newly created position.
Broder Bros. has announced its agreement to exclusively distribute Russell Athletic's teamwear and fan apparel in 2013 to the promotional products industry.
"Imprints is very excited about joining the Broder Bros. team," said Scott Lynes, founder and CEO of Imprints Wholesale. "We think Broder has a great business model and brand reputation and we look forward to contributing our best practices and being a partner of the industry leader."

Broder Bros. Co., the Trevose, Pennsylvania-based apparel supplier, on December 14 announced the appointment of Norman Hullinger as chief executive officer. Hullinger has been with Broder since 2003, most recently as the company's chief operating officer.
On November 2, 2012, Broder Bros Co. released its 2012 third quarter earnings report. 2012 third quarter sales were down to $205.1 million from $220.5 million in 2011, but the Trevose, Pennsylvania-based supplier expects a strong fourth quarter.
