The Visstun, Digispec and CounterPoint family of companies, located in Las Vegas, announced the return of Michelle Gulli as the new director of key accounts.

CounterPoint has announced the acquisition of Convergence Corporation, from Forest Hill, Md., in a move designed to strengthen the company's position as the industry's leading counter mat manufacturer.

Las Vegas-based Visstun, Digispec and CounterPoint have hired industry veteran Mark Shea as National Accounts Manager.

Shea brings over 25 years of sales and marketing experience to Visstun, Digispec and CounterPoint.
