Galaxy Balloons Inc., Cleveland, announced the acquisition of AGA Balloons & Specialty Products, Ashland, Ohio. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. According to Terry Brizz, MAS president of Galaxy Balloons, “This is a wonderful opportunity to acquire a friendly competitor and increase our market share in the balloon industry.
