Kolder, Edinburg, Texas, recently announced its acquisition of Kaufman, Texas-based supplier NUMO Manufacturing. “This is a wonderful opportunity for us all, and I believe the combination of Kolder/NUMO will greatly benefit our promotional product distributors,” said Charlie Meyer, Kolder’s president and CEO. Kolder is a privately held company currently in its 25th year of business.
