Barton Nelson will invest more than $15.4 million to expand its operations center, adding 5,000 square feet to its facility in Kansas City, Mo., with plans to create 65 jobs over the next five years.

State departments authorized a economic incentive package that the company can receive if it meets strict job creation and investment criteria.
