Quad/Graphics Inc., Sussex, Wis., and Brown Printing Company today jointly announced a definitive agreement whereby Quad/Graphics will acquire Brown, which serves premier publishers and catalogers with printing, distribution and integrated media solutions.

Brown & Bigelow, the top 50 distributor headquartered in St. Paul, Minn., expanded its presence in the Florida market with the acquisition of Jacksonville Specialty Advertising (JSA Promos) of Jacksonville, Fla.

Brown & Bigelow, St. Paul, Minn., added an edge to its presence in the Southern California market by merging with Best Promotions Inc.
