Chocolate Inn Ltd. and Taylor & Grant Specialties Ltd. announced the addition of two highly talented senior-level industry veterans to its growing team: Brian Seltzer, CAS, joins the company as vice president of operations and Dana Serra comes onboard as director of printing operations.
