Cleveland-based Proforma announced that six franchises were on Inc. magazines list of the 5,000 fastest growing companies, doubling the number from the previous year.

People tout the value of a positive attitude during economic struggles, be it this recession or any other. A sunny disposition has value, to be sure, but there is certainly more to financial success than a smile and glass-half-full mind-set.

I thought this week I would share something I learned recently that might be of use to you all as well. (as opposed to what I normally do when I write these posts, which is close my eyes and mash my palms into my keyboard until I’m at 500 words or so.)
