Minnesota-based distributor American Solutions for Business (ASB) has recently acquired a sales group from Portland, Ore. The team, lead by Kevin Welch, includes six sales associates and three staff people.

Glenwood, Minnesota-based American Solutions for Business announced the death of its vice president of Information Technology, Todd Schroeder. He died suddenly on the evening of Jan. 25, 2012 at the age of 49.

This week Larry Zavadil, CEO of American Solutions for Business (ASB), announced the agreement between ASB and a division of Advance Business Graphics (ABG) of Mira Loma, Calif.

American Solutions for Business (ASB), turns 30 years old this year. Although its founder, Larry Zavadil, began writing orders in January of 1981, the actual incorporation date was February 17 of that year.

The Farwest Group Inc., a Seattle-based sales team, has joined Glenwood, Minnesota-based American Solutions for Business (ASB) as of October 5, 2009.
