Wingstop, the restaurant company, recently completed a full overhaul of its employee uniforms, replacing the old ones with new ones made using 2 million recycled plastic water bottles. Part of the company's larger environmental, social and governance (ESG) plan, the program took a coordinated effort to pull off.

Marisa Carona, chief growth officer for Wingstop, stopped by to tell us about it. She was joined by Brad Blankenship, owner of The LogoLink Group, affiliate partner of Boundless Network, and Bill Patterson, vice president of HTT Apparel, who both played major roles in the project.

The three gave us an inside look at how the program came together from their unique perspectives as brand, distributor and supplier. We also got into sustainability as a driving force inside and outside promo, and much more.

Plus, Sean and Brendan catch up on Super Bowl commercials, including two with branded merchandise elements and one with potential larger implications for print and promo.
