In 2017, BIC Group sold BIC Graphic North America, its promotional products division, to H.I.G. Capital, a private equity firm. Following the sale, the supplier appointed long-time vice president and general manager Emmanuel Bruno as president, then named Pierre Montaubin vice president of global support services.

In its latest and perhaps biggest move, the supplier appointed David Klatt, a consumer products veteran, as CEO.
