The First Step of Small-Business Marketing: Choice Responses
WHY IT'S INTERESTING: Planning to show immediate return is a bold and clever idea I think. Marketing can have such indeterminate ROI sometimes (building brand awareness, deepening customer appreciation, etc.), that it can be hard to justify the expense. Aiming for immediate returns seems like a great way to build confidence in marketing, especially for small business or those who have to justify the expense to higher-ups, as well as to frame the whole project in a way that will deliver the results you want.
