In addition to being a quality reseller of QB products, they also have a help desk.

• Click the "Help" tab
• Select "Support and Training."
• Here there are numbers to contact QB.

Let me know if you have any issues here. So far they have been excellent. The QB Support Group knows QB. But, like all other help desks, they do not know how it applies to some of the complexities of our business. But, they will not (or at least should not) try to sell you updated software or ongoing support you don’t need. Always be leery if a QB support person tries to sell you something or charge additional fees.
