BIC Graphic North America Announces 24-hour Weekday Customer Service
Clearwater, Florida-based BIC Graphic North America is extending its customer service hours to 24 hours a day for all weekdays to provide better, more convenient access to live customer service representatives. The extended hours will be effective January 1, 2011.
In addition, BIC Graphic still offers Interactive Voice Response dial-in access for simple requests such as order status or to request sales materials. Distributors can also e-mail or fax customer service directly as well.
