O’Donnell has chaired the scholarship committee twice, served as an RAC delegate and volunteered for several years on the New Products Ideas show.

O’Donnell has volunteered for both PPAChicago’s golf outing and its Winterfest event. In addition, she co-chaired the PPAChicago 50th Anniversary party.
